We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. Bought this desk/hutch, bookcase & rolling file cabinet for my 'home office'. My 2nd Homestyles purchase & not disappointed. Warm pecan color. Just attach legs to desk. Plenty of space on desk top. Definately doesnt look like 'put together' furniture. Nice office to work from home.
