DMI manufactures Home Styles products and has become a leader in the industry of their primary product lines, including home office and computer workstations; desk chairs; commercial office furniture collections; casual lifestyle furniture; and collections of better quality, wood residential furniture. I purchased this desk and mobile file cabinet to use for a home office. The parts were packaged very well inside the boxes but were a little confusing to assemble. When I unpackaged the desk, a triangular piece of wood fell off of the desk and I am still not sure where it was supposed to go. After assembling the desk and ready to use it, I noticed the tracks of the drawers were not exactly lined up. The drawer is shaky when you open and close it, so I'm not sure how long it is going to continue to work! Overall, you get what you pay for and I am pleased with the product. It looks very nice in the office and I have had many compliments!

The desk was perfect for what I was looking for in my small ofice at home. It was very easy to put together and the black color was a deep black tone. There were a few little nicks and a couple imperfections on the hutch, However, overall I felt the desk and hutch were a good value. I had looked for over a month [...]for exactly this item, I found it here for the best price by at least $100.00.

This desk is simple but elegant and is a very nice addition to my family room. My primary use is for stationary supplies and for my laptop.
The only complaint I have is the hutch is not sent with L-shaped brackets so it can be secured to the desk. If you move the desk, even slightly, the hutch slides. Dangerous for families with small children who might have a tendency to climb. I had to push the desk up against a wall to keep the hutch from moving.
