This is a good chair at a good price. But as others have noted, it's not a great chair:

- lumbar support is definitely lacking and makes my lower back a bit sore after sitting in it for a long time (2+ hours)
- it has a quirk with reclining spring, which locks up every once in a while (a bit of jiggling releases it)

Other than that, it was easy to put together, is sturdy, seems to be well made, has a very good height range, the seat is thickly padded, and the back is quite comfy.

I wanted a reasonably priced chair that I'll more-or-less be living in until it wears out. My last chair lasted a decade, so I have high hopes for this one. It seemed crazy to drop a grand on the obvious go-to office chair, so I found this one with good reviews.

I've only had it a month, but so far, it's wonderfully comfortable, stable, rolls easy, and looks darn good. I assembled mine without the arms, which was important for my preferred way I work.

So far the only mild complaint is a lack of lumbar support. However, the back of the chair is curved at such a perfect angle, it seems to offer plenty support just as it is.

The chair has a great warranty too, which I hope I don't have to use, but I'm glad it's there just in case.

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was prompt (via UPS), and despite the box being a bit banged up, the chair was in perfect condition.

While this chair doesn't have some of the features of other high end chairs, it is very comfortable and is at a much lower price. The chair is bigger than I expected from the picture, which was a good thing.

Some things I didn't know until receiving the chair:
The tilt only has two settings, free tilt and upright.
The lumbar support isn't adjustable, it is just the way the mesh is curved.

Don't get me wrong, you feel like you have lumbar support and the tension on the tilt is just right, so these two features do make the chair more comfortable.

Would definitely recommend this chair.

My old computer was uncomfortable and caused back discomfort. The new chair is very comfortable and priced right.

I use this chair in my home office where I work on the computer for a couple of hours at a time. Even after so much time, I have no complaints or discomforts. The hinged back support allows for a little give yet properly supports my lower back, causing me to sit more upright - but, comfortably so.

I like that the seat cushion is firm but comfortable, and is wide to accommodate a larger frame, if needed. In addition, it is a lighter chair than my previous one. As such, it allows me to easily move it around (even over thick carpeting) and without much effort on my part.

Finally, as far as things I don't like about it, I would have to say only this: having a wide seat cushion design requires that the armrests are further apart than normal. I am 6' tall and am pretty thin, so I can't always place my arms on the rests at a comfortable distance from my body - but sometimes I can (it depends on how I am sitting in the chair)

Overall, I would buy it again in a heartbeat: excellent quality, good craftsmanship, and very good design (I love the hinged back support)

It rolls smooth and has enough back support. I do most of my work at a desk and this chair really saves my back from all the pain I used to have. I am gladly giving good comments because it really is worth buying. I would never pay for some of the asking prices on these other chairs. This one really is the best one for someone who wants to save money but get a quality chair.

Buying a chair for a staff of 20 is not easy. I stepped out on a limb and bought these chairs without testing them first. We are extremely happy with the comfort of the chair and the clean look they give the office now that we are using the same type of chair. Our CFO was estastic with the price and they are a great all around chair.
